Does anyone have any ideas as to how we would best go about recording our wedding speeches? We require audio recording for elderly relatives who unfortunately cannot attend the wedding.

All ideas/suggestions welcome.

Olympus do a tiny digital recorder called the ws320m - it has 1Gigabyte of storage - enough for up to about 32 hours of high quality stereo recording. It has a built in stereo mic, and is very reliable. I work with them all the time in my job. Should be about 130.

It's about the size of an iPod nano (about the size of a a packet of 10 cigarettes, but a third of the thickness), and if left on the table in front of the speaker, will give great recordining quality, and nobody will know it's even there. Hope this helps.

Many small mp3 players allow voice recording. A lot cheaper than a dedicated dictation device.

Connect to the computer to listen or use the suplied headphones.
