shoutcast tv missing from winamp

Hi, can anyone help me out? I have recently just rebooted my computer and re-downloaded winamp from an E-book that I purchased. I used to be able to watch SHOUTCAST TV on it but since reinstalled it, it's not there my son loves it for the simpsons and monty python etc. Any ideas? It was the free version.
