Because my 98SE computer has Shutdown problems I went to the Start menu - selected Troubleshooter, clicked the button for Startup and Shutdown Problems, then 'My computer stops responding.....'.etc - pressed Next - a totally blank page!! This blank page appears in all the Troubleshooter areas. I do hope this makes sense, it's difficult to describe. Does anyone know what has happened - and can it be rectified?

Thank you for replying dje, but as we bought the computer in August 2000 the supplement was already in place. It's really annoying having to re-boot every time - ah,well!
