Blue printing

I have a canon MP360 printer. It has started printing everything blue. Can I use turps to clean the ribbon?

well could you suggest something to clean it please

...well...all the printers I have used have had some sort of head cleaning routine somewhere on the software..isn't there a Maintainance section on the help files?...if not have a look at something like this.............commoner.
