My PC is just over one year old. Whenever I now log into hotmail it sayd that the 'certificate' is expired. I have to click 'proceed' in order to get past this. How can I remove this popup screen.

in internet explorer goto tools -> internet options and then click advanced tab. In the security section untick the options relating to certificates.
