Selling pictures on the internet

What is the legal position, if i wished to sell photographs i'd taken myself on a web site i'd created? the shots are not in anyway dodgy mostly flowers, landscapes etc.

fairly straightforward really - you own the photos - you have the right to sell them. how you stop people ripping them off your site is also your problem. have a look at www.imagebank.com for some ideas

Hmmm... You could sell them on eBay, Shpock!, Gumtree and Craigslist maybe?
