I think I must have pressed a wrong button (again!) as I have no sound on my computer. Don't mind, until I want to play a CD and then it's a bit of a washout. Can anyone help, please?

Hi Lakeslass, sometimes when I've been using 'real'player for video clips and have adjusted the volume level on it I find the volume is too low when I later listen to cds, so I have to turn the 'real' media player back on and re-adjust the volume level. Worth a try, maybe?

Thankyou both for your replies. I've done as you suggested, Postdog, and found a sort of slider thing which was pointing to high so I guess it's off to the computer man again. (He thinks I'm crazy - so do I)
