System Restore

My computer was going really slow so I done a system restore. Now I've lost some work files. Can I get them Back?

A system restore should not affect your work files.

Go back to system restore, undo last restore, get the files, save them to disc then restore again. The only thing is system restore is not supposed to delete files. Are you sure they were not deleted by you or someone else ? If you really need that back, you can do a google search for "file recovery" there are plenty of programs to choose from. I have one called " Pc Inspector file recovery". The problem with doing that is you might write over the files that have been deleted if you download this program.
