How do I get information on a mobile phone code ? I recently texted a number (84247) that was advertising free ring tones. Since then my pay-as-you-go account has been debited by over �10 for service messages which don't seem to contain anything other than the number 84247. I have finally managed to cancel this but would like to get more details.

I cant seem to locate any company infomation from it, but ICSTIS who govern the Premium Rate industry reccomend that you first contact your Mobile Phone Network provider to block this number.
