I have a MS-Word 2000 document with a table of contents. When printed there is underscoring under each item in the Table of Contents, but this doesn't show when viewed on the screen. How do I get rid of these lines? - Also the marks by indexed word also print, though they don;t show on the screen; how do I stop them printing?
