Would it be possible for me to download my entire blog or website to CD (if I had one) so I could show it to people without a computer on their DVDs or my laptop (without having to go online)?

Yep, just click File and Save As, or use some software that will dowload the entire site.
Browse the site on your hard drive while offline to make sure all the images and links work before putting it on CD.

This little program can download entire websites :

The only problem I can foresee is that the blog is probably dynamically generated using PHP or ASP on the server. This won't work from a CD!
