Might be the wrong place to ask but does anyone know of anywhere where you can, in effect rent a laptop. I remember a friend doing it a while back and after something like 3 years he could upgrade the model he was renting. Any ideas?

Might be better using lease rather than rent as search criteria. No idea what the actual difference is but this is normally refered to as leasing.
