E-mail Printing

Although my Page Set up is OK, when I come to print off an incoming e-mail, the font size jumps up to around 18, and the left side of the page is cropped. Is there another "set-up" I can try to overcome this. The address and subject "header" are normal when printed. Also, if I print my own outgoing messages, they are OK!
