There is far more to consider such as screen size, battery life and whether you need f a dedicated graphics card. And price, of course.

Your choice will be very limited if you insist on a built in dvd drive.  I would opt for an external drive that can be used with any laptop and can be bought for under £20

As barry says get the right LapTop to suit you then get a external DVD player/recorder is the best way to go.  Really cheap these days.

Consider an external Blue ray if you can.

Alternatively you can do it on a NAS of course.  One of mine has blueray on it.

A playstation also plays blue ray/dvd if its just a film?
