cd stuck in computer

I am unable to open the door to get a cd out from my computer. Its a packard bell tower system. Can anybody offer any advice please, thanks in advance.

As a first resort open windows explorer, using the mouse "right click" the CD drive and select "EJECT".
If that doesn't work......
Is there a small pin hole on the front of the CD drive. If so, try inserting a straightened paper clip to release the drawer mechanism. That is what the hole is there for.
