I can't see any reason why not if the connectors are compatible. Any recent Mac might have PCI slots, housing standard PCI video hardware: this should yield the standard 15-pin HD Female blue socket, or a newer digital socket for a digital flat panel.

Whilst most PC monitors will work with a Mac if you use an adaptor .. Dedicated Mac monitors need the wiring modified in order to work with a PC.
