Can't Access Email On Phone.

When I tried to access my email on my phone, I got a message saying: Your inbox. Your way. Sign in with Yahoo or sign in with Google. Enter your password.

I haven't tried to sign in on my phone but when I tried to sign in on my PC, my password wasn't recognized. I don't know why as I hadn't changed it. I have changed it now, but I still can't access emails on my phone unless I enter my password. This is unusual. I don't normally have to do this. I normally just touch the Yahoo Mail icon on my phone and I can read my emails. I'm reluctant to enter my new password on my phone as I'm wary of this being some sort of scam. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them? Thanks.

Thanks for the non-help folks. I think I've sorted it anyway. Looks like a security warning from yahoo. Looks ok now. Thanks.
