Remembering A Movie Title

There's this movie I watched as a kid that had three stories that were of the horror genre
The first was about a man who ended up sleeping with a corpse and something about a sister in an ice bath or something weird like that
The second story was about a man who was injured and rescued by an African voodoo man and the voodoo man had been giving the injured guy small doses of a potion that elongated life and once the injured man learned of this he decided to steal the potion and drink all of it and the voodoo man punished the guy by removing all of his limbs
Then there was a third story I vaguely remember about some evil kids
