I have been asked to forward an email by copy and pasting to include the details of the person who mailed it to me but I haven't got a clue as to how I do it so if someone could help me I would be very much obliged - thank you!

thank you so much for your very speedy reply - will have a go at doing that in a min. cheers!
if you press forward it should include the senders address anyway.

If you use 'forward' all the contents of the email will be forwarded. ie. The recipient will recieve an exact copy of the e-mail you recieved.

thank you once again. I have now done it by the 'forward' button. I just wonder why I was told to copy & paste?? as by pressing this forward button it seems to work just fine. thanks again
Copy and paste is useful if you just want to forward part of an email....maybe leave out some private stuff etc.....
