morning, Friday and the working week is mostly over for some of you. I hope that you are all in good health, if not then you have my fullest sympathy, and that your day is a good one, do you have anything planned for today.

It's still Thursday here, emmie, so I'm awake for a while. As on every Thursday I've just watched "Columbo". I've seen the episode previously, but hey ho.

hello - couldn't sleep, painful ankle.

me too, painful, excruciating so, knee arthritis, and keeps me awake now.

No big plans for Saturday. I will take some items down stairs to the recycling bins and garbage to toss into the Dumpster...Now that's a mini-adventure isn't it:) A week today we'll be putting the clocks ahead, so more daylight in the evening.

It's rheumatism I think from an old injury - 20 years ago. Didn't trouble me much at first but seems to get worse as time passes. Had a couple of co-codamol. May go back to bed.

i have tried various meds, and nothing takes away the pain, it is in all honesty unbearable.

going back to bed seems a sensible thing to do...

I went away for a while and played a couple of games on my computer, but I guess it's time to sleep. It's going down to -17 overnight and soaring up to +5 in the afternoon...Wow! Anyway, goodnight.

its getting a little bit lighter earlier, though the clocks don't go forward yet, it seems like spring is on the way.

its now light, but grey and cloudy, rain is forecast with a high of 9, i guess it matters not if one isn't going out...
