Blink Camera

Hi I have a wireless outdoor blink camera. In the app its refusing to show any live video, or record any motion despite having the motion capture turned on. I have brought it close to the module, uninstall it an reinstalled it but still can't make it work. It must be connected to the router because the app recognises it. The lens is not obscured. But I can't get a pic on it. What else could I try
