morning, Friday already, the end of the working week for some. I hope that you are all as well as can be and that your day is a good one. I will be having lunch out today with my mate, it's my treat as she paid for the cinema tickets last week, it should be an enjoyable day.

The company I'm currently contracting for has already started winding down for Xmas but, as a contractor, I will do my best to work as many days as possible over the silly season!

I know that many companies are winding down, my friend is off now for the holidays return after January

Good for her! Alas, for the self employed, it doesn't work that way!

i used to work all Gods hours when i temped for a living, this was years ago, but once i got a permanent job i never ever worked another Christmas or New Year. Now i am retired it matters not a jot.

Morning guys. Though may as well well be night time as I haven’t slept a wink since I went to bed last night, and no I haven’t been online all night - I just haven’t been able to stop sneezing! Sounds absolutely ridiculous but I have sneezed and sneezed till my eyes have been streaming. Have come into spare room as I’ve been so disruptive to Mr Smow

Feathers, of all things!! Though I haven’t brought any into the house lol.

No it’s not feathers, and I’ve had it ages. It’s exhausting tho - if I’m not sensing t(em I’m desperately trying NOT to sneeze(you know that horrible sensation when your nose feels all ‘fizzy’!). Anyway, hope everyone is ok??

Ummm tired! All Xmas presents bought now tho - just waiting for a couple to arrive. Quite a bit of wrapping to do tho.

I say I can, and I can, but I rarely do as I always end up thinking of things that need doing. But I might well give it a good try this morning otherwise I’ll be fit for nothing!

its only a week till Christmas, you don't want to be exhausted do you, or fit for nothing over the festivities.

I don’t, but lack of sleep isn’t by choice, believe me. Oh to go to bed at night and sleep till the morning would be my idea of heaven…

i confess that i too wish for a good long sleep, no dreams, just deep uninterrupted sleep, it doesn't happen as i wake at least three times in the night.
