MSN Messenger won't connect as my "proxy server" settings are wrong. What is my proxy server?

do you have a proxy server, or do you connect staight to the internet with your PC? I'll bet it's the latter.

In which case, goto your connection settings in MSN, and make sure its set to directly connect to the internet (no proxy).
