Hi,

I posted a question about Spam, but it's stopped receiving answers, so I am asking again please -

I receive mails from an agency, and they have started dropping into my Spam folder.

I can't find any way of advising that they are not Spam - can anyone help please?

I have Windows 10

I use G Mail

I access through their link

If you need more info, happy to help.

Thanks in advance.

Have you whitelisted the domain? https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-whitelist-a-sender-or-domain-in-gmail-1172106

In my Spam box on Windows 8 there is a 'not spam' box to tick at the top.

Thank you, I have ticked that, it simply moves existing posts to my In Box, it does not divert new ones from Spam into the In Box.
Have you tried CHRIS' suggestion?

I have now - will wait and see what happens.

Thanks Chris, genius as always.

Chris - I have done what your link advised - it hasn't worked - can yo advise anything else please?
andy, I have Windows 10 and G Mail. When something goes into my junk email folder I take a look to see what it is and then do one of several things. At the top of the email, mine says Reply, Delete, Archive, Spam etc. Click on that and it says Spam, Phishing, Block. If you click on Phishing then hopefully you won't get it again. If I get something from a company like say Matalan, I go to the bottom of the email and click unsubscribe. This usually works for me.

Thanks Barsel - but the problem is that I want the mails in my In Box, not my Spam - I don't want to get rid of them!
Sorry, I misunderstood. You are saying that spam emails go into your Inbox?
No. Non-spam e-mails are going into the spam folder.
I have found that if I "move" emails from spam to the inbox, it does start directing them there instead...
Ah got you.
Normally there is an open to make a sender a trusted sender. Try right clicking on the e-mail in the spam folder and see what options it gives.

No problem - as O_G has confirmed, I am getting mails I want into my Spam.
Ok, When you put a tick in the circle at the side of the email, at the top it says Reply, Empty, Not spam. have you tried that?
Have I got it wrong again?
