fies, downloads google drive pics etc are not opening fast enough.
pages freezing
started playing up 2 weeks ago
no unusual extensions ive noticed.

what should i do ? power wash ?

dont want lose any data or files

If you use Windows, either remove or their past updates or get a professional too - when I had my last Asus, I had used 48 out of 80GB - when I picked the new one up it was reading 22 out of 280GB - my tech guy saying that Windows do not remove their past editions - and they should.....
