Jellytot, you've got me confused. You've aleady asked this question, here:

The only way you can substantially reduce download times for your website is by 'optimising' the images before you include them in your pages. There are no facilities within FrontPage itself to do this. You have to use another program - we gave you plenty of suggestions before as to what you can use. So I'm not really too sure what exactly it is that you now need to know. I don't want to seem unhelpful but you'll need to be more specific about your problem if you want us to provide you with more help.
