I have not got broadband but use a dongle to get wi fi. Would an Amazon Echo work with this set up ? Thank you.

Sorry, but I really can't see the point of an Echo if you don't have WiFi...

post dog, you put the dongle into the laptop or whatever you normally put the dongle into and set yourself up a personal hotspot.
