Have you used a different device to post this?
Occasionally happens to me. The ususal solution is to log off (maybe clearing cache first), and then restart

I think the problem in my case is sometimes caused by windows trying to install a W10 upgrade, which takes up too much resource, but the W10 update can't finish because I don't have enough spare Gbs

Instructions for clearing Chrome's cache:

If that doesn't work, uninstall Chrome, RESTART YOUR COMPUTER (IMPORTANT!) and then reinstall Chrome.

Google Chrome- should be 3 dots near top right(just to right of tool bar0. Click on those. Select History. Then clear browsing history
