DVB - ITV1 & ITV2 - Manual Tuning?

I've just bought a Grundig GDT1000 Digital Terrestrial Receiver, which should allow me dow view the free to air digital channels. It's not 'found' the two ITV Channels, what are the settings to enter them in manually? I'm receiving signal from Crystal Palace London.

If it was receiving an adequate signal it would have found them. With DVB it's all or nothing (no fuzzy or snowy pictures) so there's no point tuning them in manually as you wouldn't be able to watch them without a stable signal. I suggest adjusting/replacing/getting your aerial adjusted/replaced and trying again.
