Resolution Changed On Update Of Windows 10

Pressed return key and lost my quiery. My computor, on the latest update of Windows 10. The resolution has changed, in wide screen the images are stretched horizontally, circles are now egg shaped. OK in 4:3 format, 1024 x 768. Unable to get resolution 1920 x1080.
