Can I Transfer A G/chrome Apps To Opera?

I have an apps on G/Crome that I can let me change the size/type of my fonts & colour, but Opera dont have it, except a couple that are not much good for me.

You can't use a Chrome extension in Opera but you might be able to find something similar.

Thats the one I tried, and it has no proper instructions and complicated, as some reviews have said on their website.

Oh well, back to the drawing board, but thanks.
