My fitbit Charge HR is synced with my old nexus tablet...it's the only available device and has always been. I just checked to see if my devices were connected...and not only is the fitbit there...but so is an iPhone. I haven't got one. I saw what looked like an IP number. Could it be someone else's...a neighbour? I've Hever seen this before.

Yep, it will pick up other blootooth devices which have been set to 'discoverable'.
