My C-Max engine warning light (amber) has started to come on.
What are the possible causes? Does it need to be seen by a Ford specialist?

Your car's handbook should give you a clue, although, if it's written in American English (as is my B-Max handbook) it won't give a clear explanation. But it might be a good place to start diagnosing the fault.

Have you checked all your car's Levels, Coolant, Windscreen Wash etc?
