Hi all,

I have recently set up a new email account for communial use. Can anybody tell me how i can set up a system where any Email recieved to the communial account is automatically forwarded to the members personal emails?

The Email is a Gmail account if this is needed.

Thanks in advance.

What e-mail programme would you be using - if youre using Outlook express for example theres an option under mesage rules whereby you can select various actions, one being IF the address includes BOB (eg) then forward to [email protected] ,
if you go onto Gmail settings on the web and select the "pop and forwarding" tab, you can specify where you want your emails to be forwarded to. Just input the email addresses required (seperated by ;) and click save.
