How can I find out what this means and any ideas on how to fix the problem?

I'll give you the same advice which yesterday I gave to goldfish77. See your doctor.

I am being serious because HP has a Print & Scan Doctor as a quick download and it really does work to ascertain what is wrong. Furthermore, it will, in most instances, automatically correct matters or advise you a course of action.

Did everything Print and Scan Doctor said but still getting printer error code.

If it is a problem with the printhead and you cannot cure it with the Maintenance settings then you may well need a new printer, because that would be the cheapest option.
