What are you using? I can't get them on kindle either.
Which device? (Windows PC? Android tablet? etc)
Which web browser?
I get the same sometimes, but F5 (refresh) always does the trick. No idea why it happens.
Or is it on your TV?

If you are going to ask technical questions then give is something to on.

YouTube runs on dozens of different types of devices (PCs, Apple Macs, Tablets, Smartphones, laptops, iPads, Iphones, Microsoft Phones, TVs and so on)

We need some help.

Sorry sorry sorry. I have a desktop PC and am on Internet Explorer Thank you Chris
it's running fine on IE on my desktop, so it doesn't look as if the problem's at their end.
May need Adobe flash player updating.
http://adobe-flash-player.en.softonic.com/
Up until the last year or so, browsers have always required Adobe Flash Player to display Youtube videos. Since Google updated Youtube though, many videos will now display using HTML5. Support for HTML5 commenced with Internet Explorer 8 but didn't really become part of the browser's capabilities until IE9. However Flash Player is still needed to display some Youtube videos with all versions of Internet Explorer.

So, as Tony suggests, you might need to install (or update) Adobe Flash Player. Although Softonic (in Tony's link) is normally a reliable source of software, you should only ever download Flash Player from Adobe's own site, here:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
(NB: Remove the tick under 'Optional Offer' before clicking on 'Install Now')

Still not working Google tells me that Adobe is incorporated so does not need downloading. Still not working . *** off Sorry
Go to your list of installed programs, Uninstall 'Adobe Flash Player plug-in'. RESTART YOUR COMPUTER. (That's in capitals because it's IMPORTANT!). Then reinstall Flash Player from my link above.

With a bit of luck, that might fix your problem.
