What app would you use to open the documents? Would it not be possible to use said app to search for them?
Are you sure it's a genuine iStick, there were fakes which used to work ok and the new version of the app caused them to stop working, or it may be an IOS 9 problem https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7230531?start=0&;tstart=0 there appears to be a possible answer halfway down or more.

Thanks Fitzer, I found the help you indicated but not being a wizz-kid I don't see how I get the EXE file in order to send it to the iStick. More help if possible please. Tel
Tel, at the bottom of this page https://hypershop.zendesk.com/entries/105799903-iStick-Firmware-update is the exe file, you just click on it and it will download, as per the comments in the Apple discussion you need to do this from a Windows computer, once downloaded you double click the exe and it should install, once installed you run the programme and it should respond as per the instructions on the page I linked to. As I have neither Windows box nor rthe iStick I can't say any more I'm afraid.
