Sainsbury mobile is being discontinued in January. I had a text message telling me about this and also telling me that £5 had been added to my nectar card as some recompense for the inconvenience. I am a little unhappy about this as I have paid money in good faith for a service to be provided by Sainsburys. Surely they are obliged to return unused monies to myself as they are the ones that have terminated the contract? Any comments please?

Seems that Vodafone rather than Sainsbury's are the ones "pulling the plug" on the venture. Sounds like they can't be bothered with "small fry" resellers.
The last answer on this thread gives a phone number to ring if you have credit you can't use up - perhaps they might refund you.
