Press F11

Pressing F11 in Firefox will give you 'Full Page' and needs to be pressed again to revert to normal.

To get back the Menu Bar which you require, do the following.

Take your mouse pointer to the grey area at the top of the page and right click. Then click a tick in front of the words 'Menu Bar'.
