In a word, no.
You'll need to use a couple of discs or something different altogether such as a flash disk.
stevie21 is dead right - you could compress the data to fit more uncompressed data on, but its like trying to fit 1.5 pints of water in a pint glass. Try winzip or winrar.
A flash drive is definitely worth investing in, they work just like floppy disks and don't need a special drive, just a USB port (Which all computers have at least one of, even macintosh computers) and they can hold a lot more. The one I have has two settings, one side acts exactly like a floppy disk and the other is a lot bigger and can hold a lot more data... they are relatively inexpensive too.

You could also look at using winzip to span across several floppies. Simply create a zip file using a: as your target drive, and it'll ask if you want to use multiple disks.

As a bye, there was a time when you could drill a hole in a floppy, which did increase the capacity. Screwed up a lot of disks like that.

If I remember rightly, Microsoft did allow you to format a 1.44Mb floppy in their own format making it 1.66Mb.

But that was way back in the dark days of DOS.
