Easier to do it via youtube:

Then just burn them to a disc via Windows Media Player.

That's a great little site thanks so much.

Have you any idea if one can have this programme sitting in one's menu bar ready to click it into action?
To just record the tracks as they play

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
I have put a few comments in your other thread which may need to be taken into consideration if you wish to record music from Spotify.

Hans.
Recording from the free version of Spotify is illegal, as is recording copyrighted music from YouTube.
Daffy - read the (very) small print from the first link re Youtube
As far as I know, all music on Spotify is subject to copyright laws so the very small print on the first link does not apply to AOG's question.

My belief - if something is soooooo good you have to own it, it's worth paying for.

Chilldoubt, your link gave me a virus on my laptop - now google chrome doesnt work and seems to have been taken over.
@Purple_Popple......It is just my opinion,,,,ChillDoubt's link is NOT responsible for any Virus you think you have. However,if you have Not got Malwarebytes, I suggest you download and do a 'Threat Scan' with the free edition and report back your findings.:-

You can also try https://ytmp3.com as a youtube converter and downloader
