Tablet Problems

I am trying to connect my Tablet to my SKY WiFi but all I am getting on the screen is "Authenticating" this has been going on for about 20 minutes, It is telling me the signal strength is excellent but it will not connect.
I am running off the WiFi a laptop and my wife's tablet, my tablet is an "ANDROID TABLET PC", Not an expensive one but this is my first and I wanted to see if I liked it.

Have you tried the IT default answer? Have you tried turning the Router Off and On again?

Also on some Routers there is a WPS button which should allow the tablet to connect more easily

Hi stoofur,
I have tried the WPS Switch and turning the router on and off with no luck, could you explain what the default router is? (not very techie minded)

Are you sure you are inputting the right password?

The password I am using is the one from the SKY information card and the one I used when I set my wife's tablet,

The password might upper/lower case sensitive.

Reboot the tablet and unplug the router and the modem. Plug them back in will reset everything. Then type the wifi password in again.
