use either a datacable, bluetooth or infrared.

of course, if you have a card reader that accepts MMC, you can just copy music onto your MMC card in the phone, and then move the card to your phone.

If you can wait a few days, lots of eBay Hong Kong sites [showing up in the .co.uk listing sell cables for a few pounds. I've got one and it works fine]. Download the software from Nokia, plug in to the usb port and you're good to go.
