Depending on your OS, go to the bottom left hand corner and click on "start".
This should bring up a list of options such as "shut down", "restart" and "sleep". Click on "restart" to reboot :)

When I put my computer on this morning, warning was on the screen telling me it could not read all or clean my Disks, so I needed to reboot my computer.
