Uploading Video To Facebook

I am trying to upload a 41 second video of my little granddaughter to Facebook.

It has been uploading for more than half an hour and seems stuck, yet when I try to cancel it, it asks me if I am sure I want to cancel, so something is going on.

Is this normal? Thanks.
