Wireless connection

Anyone know what the most common problems are for a laptop with wireless that keeps disconnecting? If i hit repair when the power cable  is connected it sometimes worrks, but when it is unplugged it always works. What could be causing this?

This often happens to my wireless connection, but I am not sure why.Every so often the connection just drops and wont reconnect.A reboot of the router and laptop always restores the connection.I know it a pian in the backside, but it works.

f your Power Supply unit is close to the WiFi receiver of your laptop and between it and the router, it could be interfering with the signal. This would explain why it only affects it when using mains power.
