I was on the Bing maps web site---(I meant to mention that the cursor was still moving accross the screen but I couldn't delete anything)---So if the cursor is moving the mouse is ok-is it not?
I would say that your mouse is alright but for some reason your Browser is 'freezing'.

What Browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome) and what Operating System. (Windows XP, Vista. W7 or whatever). Is your Browser up-to-date?.

Sorry for the long delay before my returning to your thread.

Check that your browser is 27.0.1 and that there is nothing suspicious looking in your 'Add-on'. Also give a run-through with Malwarebytes which, if you haven't already got the programme in your computer, you can download from here:-

https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Make sure you download the free edition.Refuse any offer for a trial run of the Pro version.

Hans.

I should have said.....A quick Scan of Malwarebytes, before reporting further on this thread.
