Does anyone know how to do a horizontal line in an Outlook.com email? In Hotmail you used to be able to insert one with the Insert button but the option seems to be gone in Outlook.

Oh, and if anyone else knows how to do this that'd be great :-)
The best I can find is to click on the smiley face at the end of the formatting row, then click on the little aircraft at the top of the page. The next page shows an underlining stroke (halfway down on the left) which can be used as a kind of dotted underline.
I recently changed to Outlook.com and am starting to think it is crap although I mainly use Outlook Express to get my mail from the .com.
To get a true HTML horizontal line in outlook/hotmail follow these steps:
1. Select the Options drop down menu
2. Select Edit in HTML
3. Now your e-mail is shown in HTML code. Find the text where you want to place the horizontal line below.
4. After that text place the following code . The tells the browser to do a line break and the tells the browser to insert a horizontal line.
5. Go back to Options and select Rich text.
6. Now you should be looking at your e-mail as you would normally and you should see your horizontal line that you just inserted.

I hope that helps. It works perfectly for me. I don't understand why MS removed this feature, but it just goes to show why they're losing market share.
Sorry for the above post. All the characters didn't show up and I couldn't figure out how to edit my post so I'll repost trying something else so the characters show up.
