Friday. The promised torrential rain didn't materialise. The gale force winds are a very gentle breeze, a mere zephyr so it is.

Millions of quids worth of computers and they still can't get it right. Not that I'm complaining you understand! :o}

Have a happy day everyone.

Boaty, Hi there xx. WE got the high winds and the lashing rain instead. It's all along the coast. Another storm is forecast for this weekend but nothing like as bad as it was last Sun/Mon. .. I hope !
I've got visitors arriving today from Sweden. They're going to a wedding in London tomorrow so they're staying with me tonight.
Hope all well with you?

Morning jan xxx I wondered where it went! :o}

A good evening in store for you then jan. Enjoy. It's always good to see friends isn't it.

I'm fine thanks. Nothing planned for today, but that may change.
I can't have a heavy drinking session tonight as I have a Zumba class at 8am tomorrow and I don't/won't miss that for anything or anyone... well, maybe George Clooney.
It's the London to Brighton veteran car run on Sunday . That should be good, weather permitting of course. Ever been to that boaty? It's wonderful. I love it.
Morning Boaty, morning Jan - I am in desperate need of a coffee at the moment and we appear to have none in the building - ggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I'll have to find the cleaners keys and see if the boss's PA has some.
Oh yes, pinch, punch and all that mullarkey............
