spliting mp3 tracks

i have copied an album from a mini disc player to my computer but it has made the album one track.  is there a program or way of splitting this back to individual tracks? any help would be appreciated
prev keyboard working all wrong?

Any number of programs can do this for you, even Nero comes with a Wav Editor these days.
If the above program of fly258's isn't free than Audacity is. I've found that easy to use.
